The Printing feature of the catalog will allow you to print in four basic areas: search results, category selection, individual item detail and completed order

Search Result Printing

When a search is initiated the results maybe printed at the viewers option. Screen P-1 Shows the selected search criteria and results

By clicking the Print button, the right hand box containing the items selected by the search will be displayed in a standard 8.5 x 11 page format and can be printed by clicking on the printer icon in the tool bar at the top of the page as pictured in P-2

Category Printing

The viewer can print an entire category by simply selecting or highlighting the desired category as in P-3.

If the viewer clicked on the print button in the lower right hand corner of the screen. The items pictured in the lower right quarter of the screen will be displayed as shown in example P-4.

To Print the page depicted in P-4, the viewer will only have to click on the printer icon in the tool bar.

Item Detail Print

The viewer can highlight an individual item and it will be displayed in the right side of the screen. If the viewer wanted to print the detail information for the selected item they would simply click on the printer icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen. The individual item detail page is pictured in screen shot P-5.

When the viewer clicks on the printer icon located in the far lower right hand corner of the screen. The sample print page will be displayed as in P-6

To Print the page depicted in P-6, the viewer will only have to click on the printer icon in the tool bar.

Order Printing

Once the viewer has completed an order, they are given options to preview, print, save or email the completed order. The viewer can elect to print the order at this point by clicking the Print Button. The Done-Checkout screen is pictured below in P-7

When the print button is clicked, The order will be printed for the viewer’s review and/or file. A sample of an order print is depicted in P-8 below.
